Main Goal: Generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert them into bookings.

Job Description:
● Attend the live leads along with the inbound leads.
● Understand the customer’s need on the project & Convince them for the site visits.
● Attend walk-in clients.
● Follow up and schedule site visits.
● Give detailed project presentations.
● Maintain daily reporting of visits and calls.

Requirements:
● Must have 1+ years of experience in sales in real estate, including calling and attending
to customers.
● Must be a graduate.
● Must be presentable and have good communication skills.
● Good at persuasion and rapport-building skillset.

Skills Required:

Main Goal: Build strong relationships with real estate channel partners and drive property site visits, thereby generating revenue through them.

Job Description:
● Identify and onboard new channel partners (CPs).
● Train CPs about projects and offers.
● Maintain strong relationships with CPs.
● Ensure a regular flow of quality site visits from CPs.
● Track and report partner performance.

Requirements:
● Must have a car/bike.
● Must have 1+ years of experience in channel sales in the Navi Mumbai market.
● Must be a graduate.

Main Goal:
Lead the final stage of client conversion by closing high-value real estate deals with precision and speed.

Job Description:
● Handle the clients at the final stage of closing.
● Negotiate deals and overcome objections.
● Guide junior closing managers and support their conversions.
● Ensure documentation accuracy.
● Work closely with finance/legal teams for smooth closure.
Must have the following understanding:
● Value of bookings closed monthly
● % of clients converted
● No. of junior closings supported/mentored
● Client retention or referral rate
